Okeanos Watersports Return and Refund Policy

At Okeanos Watersports, we aim to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, clear, and in line with UK consumer laws.


Returns

We offer a 60-day return policy for unused and unopened items. You have 60 days from the day you receive your item to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition and packaging.
  • Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, will be required.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@okeanoswatersports.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on where and how to return the item, including a return shipping label.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund unless the item is faulty or damaged.
  • Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your item upon delivery. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately. We will assess the issue and either offer a replacement or provide a full refund. In such cases, Okeanos Watersports will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order for the desired item. Once your return is processed, we will issue a refund for the original purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@okeanoswatersports.com.


Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

For online orders, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item. This statutory right allows you to cancel for any reason, and you will have an additional 14 days to return the product after notifying us of the cancellation.
